Meet Ana Rita

With over 17 years of personal yoga practice, Ana Rita began teaching in 2017, became a Mobility Specialist in 2021, followed by certification as a Personal Trainer.. Her work sits at the intersection of yoga, anatomy, biomechanics, and strength training, with a strong emphasis on joint-specific mobility through Functional Range Conditioning® and KINSTRETCH®, seamlessly integrated into strength and conditioning programs.

Ana Rita holds a Women’s Coaching Specialist certification and is deeply committed to continuing education. She consistently invests in advanced training and mentorship in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, with a particular passion for pelvis, hip, and spine-related issues — areas that are commonly overlooked, misunderstood, and often at the root of persistent pain and movement limitations, especially in women.

Her approach combines joint health, mobility, functional strength, and holistic principles to support women in moving better, building strength, and restoring confidence in their bodies. Rather than applying generic methods, Ana Rita works with the individual in front of her, addressing not just symptoms but the underlying systems that influence movement, recovery, and resilience.

Ana Rita is also a Certified Menopause Coach, dedicated to helping women navigate perimenopause and post menopause with clarity and confidence. She empowers her clients with education and practical tools, supporting them to train intelligently, reduce pain, and build a body that feels strong, capable, and supportive through this stage of life and beyond.
